1️⃣ Booking and Payment: Your spot is only confirmed once payment is completed. Payments are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another session if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. (or talk to me if something you didn't see coming came up, we can always find a solution) 2️⃣ Session Format: All sessions are conducted via Zoom. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection. Each session is limited to 4 participants to maintain intimacy and support. 3️⃣ Confidentiality: To create a safe and supportive space, all participants must agree to keep discussions within the circle private. Respecting each other’s privacy is essential. 4️⃣ Late Arrival or No-Show: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to admit you to the session to avoid disrupting the group. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. (or talk to me if something you didn't see coming came up, we can always find a solution) 5️⃣ Cancellation and Rescheduling: If a session is canceled by the organizer, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. 6️⃣ Code of Conduct: Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected. Discriminatory, harmful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Participants who violate this will be removed without a refund. 7️⃣ Disclaimer: The sessions are intended for emotional support and connection, not as a replacement for medical or psychological care.
